Medieval fair

Within the framework of the subject Genres and Informative Styles, I worked with the SITAS sports club to cover various reports. Among them, I had the opportunity to attend the anniversary of the Compagnia del Lobo Negro club, a medieval combat club that trains at SITAS. While my colleague captured the battles, I focused on preparing a chronicle about the fair surrounding the combat. Along with the text, the report includes images and infographics, among them an interactive one that delves into the different craft stalls.
The harmony between combat and art: a medieval day in Sitas
To celebrate the 11th anniversary of the Compagnia del Lobo Negro club, the medieval community gathered for fights and a craft fair.
On Sunday, temperatures were four degrees, but that didn't stop anyone. 1500 fairgoers, fighters, and visitors dressed in medieval clothing to meet at the Polígono de Arma Larga in Sitas. From the outside, the building seemed to belong to the everyday life of the club. In the field in front, they played a football match; inside, they practiced shooting. However, crossing the threshold into the internal garden of the complex was like traveling back in time.
